UP's Response
Looks like the GCRAC's newsletter got a reaction from UP despite Security's worst efforts at gagging. Today's letter from Property Manager Lyn Soppelsa seems reasonable and fair in the points it makes however Ms Soppelsa's statement that she would not normally respond to anonymous mail has me baffled. What was it about this instance that caused her to respond?

I suggest she starts returning phone calls then. I have left 'several' messages for Lyn to call me regarding the appartment block being built within 100m of townhouses 160-172 which are all type "A".

I'm choosing the "anonymous" option because it seemed to be the easies choice. I love it out here, but my only real grip is that landscape is crap! It was so nice initially, but it seems that once they got their more (ie. all units sold) they ceased having any real interest in the grounds. A real shame as I have complained till I'm blue in the face. However, short of moving, I'm not sure how I can force them to fix the eyesore that the Green Community has become.
